Acceptance of Agreement

By installing, visiting, or using our websites and Chrome extensions (collectively, the "Services"), you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Ownership & Intellectual Property

All Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. WebStar and its licensors own all intellectual property rights to the software and related materials. You may not claim exclusive ownership or intellectual property rights to any of our products.

You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Services unless expressly permitted by WebStar.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebStar shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising out of the use or inability to use our products.

User Account & Google Authentication

To access certain features, you may be required to sign in via Google OAuth authentication.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any associated login credentials. You agree not to share your account access with others or allow unauthorized use of your account.

WebStar is not liable for any unauthorized access, loss, or damage resulting from your failure to safeguard your login information.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are suspected of fraudulent or abusive activity.

Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

Our order process is conducted by authorized third-party resellers who act as the Merchant of Record for transactions.

Payment Processors: Depending on the product, payments may be handled by Stripe, Paddle, Creem, or Lemon Squeezy. These payment partners manage billing operations, payment processing, tax compliance, and may provide their own customer support related to payment processing.

Subscriptions: Some Services are offered through recurring subscription plans. Unless cancelled before the renewal date, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or through the relevant payment provider.

Time-Based Access Passes: Certain Services may also be offered as one-time time-limited access passes (for example 24-hour, 7-day, or 30-day access). These purchases grant access to paid features for the specified duration and do not automatically renew.

Refund Policy: For subscription plans, we offer a full refund within 7 days of the original purchase if you encounter unresolved technical issues or are not satisfied with the service. Refund requests must include your order details and be submitted to [email protected].

Due to the immediate availability and consumable nature of time-based access passes (including 24-hour, 7-day, or 30-day passes), these purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been activated, except where required by applicable law or in cases of verified technical malfunction.

Payment processor policies may also apply to refunds, disputes, or chargebacks.

Usage Verification: To prevent abuse, fraud, or unauthorized access, we may maintain limited operational logs linked to your account, including records indicating when paid-only features are accessed. These records do not include the actual content processed by those features.

Third-Party Links

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or tools provided by external partners (such as analytics platforms or other e-commerce services).

These third parties operate independently from WebStar. WebStar does not control, endorse, or guarantee the availability, reliability, or accuracy of third-party services.

Any transaction, agreement, or dispute related to third-party services occurs solely between you and the third-party provider.

Support & Updates

Support and software updates are provided during the period of an active subscription or during the valid duration of a purchased access pass.

Once the subscription period or access pass expires, access to paid features, updates, and technical support may be limited until the service is renewed or another access pass is purchased.

Price Changes

WebStar reserves the right to change the price of any service at any time.

Price changes will apply only to future billing cycles or new purchases and will not entitle existing users to refunds for price differences on previously completed transactions.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services or attempt to interfere with their operation. This includes but is not limited to:

• attempting to bypass subscription or payment systems
• abusing trial access or refund policies
• using automated systems to overload or disrupt the Services
• attempting to reverse engineer or circumvent service limitations

WebStar reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services if misuse or abuse is detected.

Data Privacy

Your data privacy is important to us. We collect and process information only as necessary to operate the Services, authenticate accounts, verify subscriptions, and provide customer support.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebStar shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or other indirect damages arising from the use of our Services or from third-party services linked within our platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
