3. User Account & Google Authentication

To access specific features, you may be required to sign in via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. WebStar is not liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login information.

4. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

Our order process is conducted by authorized third-party resellers who act as the Merchant of Record.

• Payment Processors: Depending on the product, payments are handled by Stripe, Paddle, Creem, or Lemon Squeezy. These partners handle all billing-related customer service and VAT compliance.
• Automatic Renewal: Unless stated otherwise, paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting the relevant payment processor.
• 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a full refund within 7 days of the original purchase if you encounter irresolvable technical issues or are completely unsatisfied with the service. Please contact [email protected] with your order details to request a refund.
• Usage Verification: To prevent abuse and to resolve billing or subscription disputes, we may maintain usage records linked to your account, including logs of when paid-only features are used. These records do not include the actual content processed by those features.

WebStar reserves the right to change the price of any service at any time. Price changes will apply to the next billing cycle and will not entitle current subscribers to a refund for the price difference.

9. Limitation of Liability
